What are the payment options?
We currently accept credit cards through Paypal and bank deposits through Banco de Oro. The account information will be sent to you via email after you place your order.

How can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been processed yet, you can cancel by emailing us at help@zebebe.com.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days.

What is your return policy?
We only allow returns of defective items. You may return a defective item within three (3) days of receipt. Send us an email at help@zebebe.com to report the defect. DO NOT ship us the product until we have provided you with an authorization number. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective item has been shipped back to us (shipping charges will be credited back to you). We currently do not provide cash refunds or store credits.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?
No, we currently only ship our products in the Philippines.

How much is shipping?
We offer fast and secure shipping anywhere in the Philippines for a flat rate of PHP100 per order.

Our current promotion provides free shipping for orders Php2,000 and above.

Can I track my order?
Once your item has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you via email.
