    since the original nipple Dr Browns BPA Free Polypropylene Natural Flow Bottle Newborn Feeding Set is level 2 i bought level 1 for my newly born baby. and its great.

    Been using Dr. Brown for our little man since he was 3 months old. Never had problem. Cleaning the bottles is a hassle though -- what with all the parts and tiny brushes.
