Product Description

Harmony is a single, manual breast pump designed for occasional time away from baby. 2-Phase Expression technology is proven to produce more milk in less time - when pumping at Maximum Comfort Vacuum in the Expression phase. The best selling manual breast pump. What is 2-Phase Expression Technology? Through research, Medela learned that there are two distinct phases of how babies breastfeed. With this technology, Medela breast pumps work more like breastfeeding babies. Stimulation phase - When babies first go to breast, they suck fast and light to stimulate milk flow. Expression phase - After milk flow or "let-down" starts, babies breastfeed with a slower, deeper suck, bringing out more milk faster.

  1. Convenient and Effective 5 Star Review

Posted by on 17th Feb 2014

The Medela Harmony breastpump is very convenient for use when away from the home and baby. It is not bulky and contains everything you need: bottles with lids and a stand. I thought it will be difficult to use since I've been using the Medela pump in style advanced electric breastpump but it works great too.

  2. Easy to use 5 Star Review

Posted by on 17th Jan 2014

My first manual pump was from Chicco. I bought it because it was the cheapeast (I think) in the market. But after 1 month of use, it broke down on me. And pumping the bulb proved quite tasking. I have the Medela pump-in-style advance, but i still bought this manual pump to bring when I leave my baby for a few hours only. Easy to use, no "baskil" moments :-)
