We only allow returns of defective items. You may return a defective item within three (3) days of receipt. Send us an email at info@zebebe.com to report the defect. DO NOT ship us the product until we have provided you with an authorization number. We will ship the replacement once your request has been approved and the defective item has been shipped back to us (shipping charges will be credited back to you). We currently do not provide cash refunds or store credits.
